Approval of a claim does not transfer ownership of Locentry, the platform, or editorial control of the directory.

12. Unclaimed Listings
Locentry may continue to display and maintain unclaimed listings using public information, user submissions, editorial research, or other permitted sources, subject to applicable law and policy.

A claim request is not the same as a removal request. Requests to remove a listing may be reviewed separately and may be denied where publication is lawful, accurate, and consistent with directory purpose.
14. Communications
Locentry may contact a claimant to verify information or resolve issues related to the request. Failure to respond may result in denial or closure of the claim request.
15. Policy Updates
